Evidently Shipyard hosted some of the Who’s Who in NC 9U baseball this weekend featuring Rockies Black, West Raleigh and MARA. The rankings guys better stop the love fest with West Raleigh until they actually play high level competition. They got shellacked by Rockies 18-3, then MARA got them 10-0. Looks like Rockies Black continued to show dominance beating MARA 14-3 and 17-5 on the weekend. Based on scores alone, WR gotta move down. NWNC hasn’t seemed to play hardly anybody in the top 10. Not sure how good they are.
The guy that does these rankings must have a Rockies voo doo doll under his bed, just looking for ways to try and not rank them #1 even though they are 2-0 against the Futures. Is NWNC top 5? They don’t ever play top teams.
Rockies are overrated. They never leave clemmons and when they do, they dodge SBA Futures and Mara by requesting not to play them in pool play like this past weekend in PG. Always camping out in clemmons…

Jeff Zimmerman definitely hates the Rockies because of SWAT. As an opposing coach, I can tell you nobody really puts stock into this guy and the Rockies are legit. Them cats only lost like 3 games on age in 2 years. He doesn’t see hardly any of these teams play and is making a bad attempt to make money on the backs of 8,9 and 10 year olds even though none of the really good teams will have anything to do with him. us coaches talk and it’s the same story. He posts nonsense above to try and justify him hitting his head underneath the desk at SBA. Rockies are definitely scared of MARA and SBA. After winning 4-3 and 13-1 against SBA, and then 12-4, 14-3 and 17-5 against MARA, it makes total sense, only to Jeff Zimmerman.I think Jeff means well in some ways but goes about it terribly, and definitely has a major bias against the Rockies because of the the issue with Randy and SWAT telling him to GFO after he asked for $5k to include their games in rankings. They aren’t the only ones though. There’s a new ranking site coming out in the fall from a few guys that used to do the travelball24-7 site who know the game well and have been around the travel ball circle for a long time, and will rank the teams based on actual results.
I’m guessing from the way you talk, your the Z of the Rockies. Reason the travel ball guys know is bc you talk entirely to much and spit a big game. Was it you that requested to avoid SBA and Mara in pool games last weekend in PG? I thought you were always trying to hook up with them and play??? lol.

#wewininourownbackyardwrong guy. we actually met 2 falls ago at Davie when we played in your tournament. So Rockies asked to avoid MARA in pool play even though MARA wasn’t even in the tournament? Same Rockies team that requested MARA and SBA in pool play last time in USSSA Charlotte and people said they were crazy? Makes sense. When will SBA and MARA go anywhere outside Charlotte to play? I know for a fact you’ve spoken poorly about Rockies, SBA, MARA, Area Stars, NWNC, Sandhills Select and us. Do better.
